Pond094

Pond094
The Upper Pond, early in its life (Aug/Sept, 2005), showing the 2" water hose from the pump gushing water into the pond. This is what it was like until the spring was constructed in late May, 2006.

The rock is all still very clean, no algaue has grown, no mud has settled in the crystal clear water. They are beautiful in the early fall sun!

Several grassless areas of soil remain where the liner lay over the lawn during construction. These caused problems for some time with water and soil runoff into the stream, until new grass finally grew and these areas were landscaped with some plants..
